Step 2 – Check Your Version of the Microsoft Visual C++ 2017 Redistributable Libraries

The minimum version for ICM 6.3.0—which uses Jade 2020 kernel—is 14.27.29112.0.

The server requires both 32-bit and 64-bit libraries.

Each client workstation requires just the 32-bit library.
